Job summary

Naue Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven sales professional to own the full sales cycle across Southeast Asia, East Asia and ANZ. You will build relationships with customers and distributors, qualify needs, and close deals while managing the pipeline and reporting in CRM.

Based in Malaysia with regional travel, the role requires 1–3 years in B2B sales, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a proactive, results-driven sales mindset. Local market knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B sales or similar commercial role.
• Understanding of Southeast/East Asia and/or ANZ markets.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and business English.
• Proactive, persistent and results-driven.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to order confirmation.
• Qualify opportunities and identify customer needs and solutions.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outreach and distributor engagement.
• Create quotations, address objections, negotiate and secure PO.
• Grow accounts and develop long-term customer value.
• Maintain regular commercial contact with distributors.
• Ensure accurate opportunity stages, forecasts and reporting in CRM.
• Support senior sales and presales in joint opportunities.
