Job summary

Naue Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven, hands-on sales professional to grow our business across Southeast Asia, East Asia and ANZ. You’ll own the full sales cycle from first contact to order confirmation and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Based in Malaysia with regional travel, you bring 1–3 years of B2B sales, fluent Bahasa Malaysia and business English, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B sales or similar commercial role.
• Understanding of Southeast Asia, East Asia and/or ANZ markets.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and business English.
• Proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Able to manage sales and administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Based in Malaysia with regional travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to order confirmation.
• Qualify opportunities, identify customer needs and suitable commercial solutions.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through follow-ups, outbound calling, prospecting and distributor engagement.
• Create competitive quotations, address objections, negotiate and secure purchase orders.
• Increase basket size and develop long-term customer value.
• Maintain regular commercial contact and follow up on opportunities with distributors.
• Ensure accurate opportunity stages, forecasts, contact data and reporting in CRM.
• Support joint opportunities, customer visits and regional initiatives with Senior Sales & Presales.
• Manage expectations and resolve issues that could affect sale or customer relationship.
• Handle sales administration, invoice checks, payment follow-up and credit note coordination.
