Job summary

Bühler Group seeks a Regional Channel Partner Specialist to drive revenue by expanding and supporting a regional partner network. You will empower distributors, resellers, and dealers with technical knowledge and sales tools, manage onboarding, and drive growth across established accounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams, set performance metrics, and provide strategic support to partners while staying ahead of industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in channel management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner networks.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing channel partners in key geographic territories.
• Develop and execute strategic channel programs to drive sales growth and market share through partner networks.
• Establish clear performance metrics, monitor partner performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide partners with in-depth training on products and services.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and address partner challenges for smooth collaboration.
• Analyze partner performance data and generate reports on sales results, pipeline metrics, and partner satisfaction.
