Job summary

Miclebina Properties Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a capable Purchasing Executive to manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment and services.

You will source quotations, negotiate prices, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely, quality supply for ongoing projects. You will maintain supplier lists, purchase records and inventory tracking, working closely with project teams to coordinate material requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing (construction background preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).
