Job summary

Miclebina Properties Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Perak invites a Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate) to assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and achieving business targets and to support the sales team in daily activities.

You will handle customer inquiries, build strong client relationships, prepare sales reports, and help organize promotions and campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in the real estate/property industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good coordination ability.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates highly preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
