Job summary

Aver Asia Rental Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our procurement team in Bukit Minyak, Penang. This full-time role supports our purchasing operations to ensure timely sourcing of materials, cost-effectiveness, and quality across our supply chain.

You will coordinate spare parts movement, communicate with technicians and suppliers, maintain accurate records, and assist in purchasing matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude, good attendance and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all spare parts movement (in and out).
• Communicate effectively with technicians and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Update and maintain accurate records, ensuring physical stock matches with system inventory.
• Respond promptly to requirements from other Branches and supplier.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate store documentation.
• Assist in coordinating store matters & handling purchasing matters.
• Able to use simple Microsoft Office program.
