• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
• Maintain records of purchase, pricing, inventory, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and meet supply needs.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Handle procurement-related inquiries and resolve order discrepancies or delays.
• Provide mentorship to junior purchasing staff and support ISO 9001:2015 procedures.

• Good work ethics and able to work over time as and required by the superior.
• Work in accordance with and comply with the department’s ISO 9001:2015 procedures and the company’s policies.
