Job summary

Sin Ma Air-Con & Electrical is hiring a Purchasing/Procurement Assistant in Sekudai, Johor. You will communicate with suppliers, prepare PO, and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

You should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be proficient with Excel and Word, and be familiar with AutoCount. The role offers operational training, career development, and benefits such as annual and medical leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement is preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with the AutoCount system will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
