Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Manage site operations, including labour coordination, material procurement, and equipment utilisation.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation: progress reports, logs, and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Identify and resolve challenges, implementing corrective actions to minimise delays and costs.
• Manage site safety protocols and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and report status to senior management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, or engineering roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent project planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Valid professional certifications such as CIDB Registration, PE (Professional Engineer) status, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Malaysia is advantageous.
