Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction PM, site supervision or engineering roles.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent planning, organization, and multi-project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Manage site operations, including labour coordination, material procurement, and equipment utilisation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation: progress reports, logs, and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Identify and resolve challenges, implementing corrective actions to minimise delays and costs.
• Manage site safety protocols and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and report status to senior management.
• Control project costs through budgeting and procurement practices.
• Lead and mentor site staff to foster a collaborative environment.
