• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Manage site operations, including labour coordination, material procurement, and equipment utilisation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, implementing corrective actions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
• Manage site safety protocols and ensure all personnel adhere to health and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and report status to senior management.
• Control project costs through effective budget management and procurement practices.
• Lead and mentor site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
