Job summary

Siacon Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to completion in Johor. This full-time role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience in construction, strong planning abilities, and excellent communication with clients and subcontractors.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Siacon Technology Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Based in Johor, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's strategic objectives within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Developing and overseeing project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects

Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies

Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and senior management

Ensuring projects adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to the project team

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate complex projects

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders

Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or project management
