Siacon Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to completion in Johor. This full-time role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience in construction, strong planning abilities, and excellent communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and coordination of complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and implementing risk management strategies.
• Regularly communicating with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and senior management.
• Ensuring projects adhere to laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues with corrective actions.
• Providing leadership, mentoring and support to the project team.
