Job summary

Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd in Tambunan, Sabah seeks an experienced Project Manager on a contract basis to lead complex construction projects from planning through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results, and adherence to quality and safety standards. You will coordinate with contractors, manage risks, read drawings, and mentor the project team while upholding regulatory requirements.

A minimum of eight years in construction PM and a relevant engineering or construction-management degree are

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager on a contract basis.
