Job summary

Lead Engineering Sdn. Bhd. seeks a proactive Production & Logistics Planner to oversee planning, management and monitoring of production and logistics activities to meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.

You will analyze current production & logistics state, optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and support new product introductions while upholding ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 standards, fostering a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor the performance of production & logistics activities to meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.
• Continuously analyze current production & logistics state and recommend changes in process flow, operating procedures and equipment to optimize and maximize production efficiency.
• Demonstrate good coaching skills to drive production & logistics team to meet operation KPIs (SQDCME) and lead performance management activities to enforce continuous improvement culture.
• Demonstrate good analytical skills to determine root cause of non-compliances and propose and implement the right countermeasures to avoid recurrences.
• Support new product introduction (project & launches) activities coordinated by project engineer.
• Continuously assess and improve working environment safety and quality to sustain Environmental, Safety Health - ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 certifications.
• Demonstrate flexibility and agility to perform any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
