AT&S Malaysia is seeking an executive to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring throughput, quality and cost objectives are met. You will focus on production planning, process improvement and driving KPI performance.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and has at least 15 years in manufacturing with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership and communication under pressure.

Ensure key production indicators and metrics are achieved, such as throughput, CSR, Quality and cost objectives.
Monitor operations with in there scope, collect and handle improvement ideas and promote and innovative environment. Recommend revisions to the operating policies as applicable.
Anticipate on, and recognize and take action for events/situations that could adversely affect production efficiencies.
Keep abreast of technical developments by maintaining constant contact with suppliers and customer and correct study of relevant literature.
Actively participate in the quality and improvement process and apply the principals of continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and personnel by careful employment of all available resources.
Responsible for the execution of once approved budget on time and in budget.
Demonstrate positive two-way communications, fair and consistent administration of company policy and procedure, responsiveness to employee concerns and problems.
Support for the purchase of new equipment (deliver production requirement from on‑site learning and experience, layout update and validation)
Responsible for production ramp‑up of new equipment (including installation, qualification and production implementation)
Ensure standardization of each process is maintained across all related functions.
Support for qualification activities of new materials, chemistries, processes within the related group
Ensure all processes are aligned with specification and parameters
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and quality management systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-pressure environment
Driven, proactive and aggressive in accomplishing KPIs
