Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services in the Kepong area. The role focuses on directing the full order cycle and improving delivery efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulations and ISO standards.

The successful candidate will supervise and coach the logistics team, coordinate with internal departments, and handle overtime claims and ad hoc tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Keep track of delivery status, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange and plan routes, process shipments within the targeted timeline
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints from Customers or third party
• Supervise, coach and train logistic workforce
• Delegate appropriate task to subordinate and ensure complete in targeted timeline
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Collaborating with internal department to investigate and solve any delivery, goods and transport issue
• Verify and justify driver’s monthly overtime claim
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.
