Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Operation Management or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of warehouse and delivery management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and proactive.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

To maintain accurate and timely stock report

Support the documentation and implementation during customers audit

Prepare packing list for export shipment

Attend internal and external meeting

Monitor stock level based on customers ordering trend.

Support in ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 documentation control.

Involvement with warehouse and logistic activities

To take up ad-hoc task when required

Cultivate healthy relationship with all staff

Job Requirement:

Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Operation Management or related discipline

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience especially in warehouse and delivery management will be an added advantages

Proficiency in Microsoft Programs and inventory management software

Independent, responsible, meticulous, and proactive individual

Preferable candidate familiar in manufacturing environment

Familiar with inventory control system and warehouse operation

Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

Data analytical skills and data collection skills

Fluent in oral and written skill of English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
