Job summary

Wintergreen Upholstery in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Production, Logistics, Office and Store operations, coordinating activities across departments to maintain smooth workflow.

You will lead staff, plan manpower, monitor performance, and resolve issues while continuously improving processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of management experience.
• Proven experience in team management and manpower planning.
• Experience in Production, Logistics, Store or Operations is preferred.
• Diploma/Degree in Management or related field is an advantage.
