Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking Store Associates to prepare the store for customers, greet shoppers, and offer assistance with products and baskets. You will become a product specialist and support stock checks, cleaning, and replenishment while following training plans.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, strong English communication, and is flexible to work shifts including weekends and public holidays; a team player with integrity and a customer‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed and enjoys interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform some simple cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer basket.
• Assist customers by providing product information and advise on wear.
• Be our product specialist.
• Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Check and ask supervisor when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues.
• Be polite, a team player and respect space of one another.
• No gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings of others.
