Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Clean at merchandise fixtures and check stock, replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket.
• Assist customers with product information and advise on wear.
• Be the product specialist for store items.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Check with a supervisor if in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under responsibility.
• Understand item selling points, challenges and suggest improvements for customers.
• Respect the working environment and colleagues.
• Be polite, a team player and respect others' space.
• Avoid gossip or small talks that could hurt colleagues.
