Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking a store associate to prepare the shop for customers, greet shoppers, and assist with product knowledge. You will stock, replenish and ensure cleanliness while delivering a friendly and proactive service experience.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor degree, good English, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. The candidate should be customer oriented, a team player and demonstrate integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform simple cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Assist customers with product information and advice on wearing items.
• Be the product specialist and follow training plans to self-learn.
• Consult superior when in doubt and take ownership of products.
• Understand selling points, challenges and propose ideas to improve customer buying.
• Maintain respectful and collaborative work environment; avoid gossip.
