Responsibilities

• Prepare the store to welcome customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Clean fixtures, check stock, and restock as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Assist customers by advising on how products fit and can be worn.
• Be the product specialist and follow the training plan.
• Ask a supervisor when in doubt and take ownership of products.
• Respect colleagues and maintain a clean, respectful work environment.
