Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is looking for a customer-oriented retail associate to prepare stores for customers, assist with product selection, and provide wear guidance. You will act as a product specialist, follow training plans, and maintain a positive, respectful team environment.

Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required. Ideal candidates possess a diploma or bachelor degree, strong English, and a proactive, honest attitude to learn and support customers in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree or above.
• Strong English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Flexible to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed and enjoys interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, a good team player with initiative and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store to welcome customers and create a pleasant shopping experience.
• Perform light cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets to assist shopping.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide wear advice.
• Become the product specialist for store offerings.
• Follow training plans and take initiative to self-learn on products and services.
• Check with a supervisor when uncertain and take ownership of assigned products.
• Understand selling points and challenges, proposing ideas to improve customer buying.
• Respect the working environment and colleagues; be polite and a team player.
• Avoid gossip and maintain respectful interactions with others.
