Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking front-line store associates to prepare the shop for customers, greet shoppers, and provide helpful product knowledge. You will manage stock, assist with merchandising, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment across shifts that include weekends and public holidays.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, upholding integrity and a professional appearance

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree or above.
• Good English communication, reading and writing.
• Flexible to work on shift including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Pleasant and well-groomed; enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Strong integrity, discipline and honesty at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform simple cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket.
• Assist customers by offering product knowledge and advice on wearability.
• Be our product specialist and learn about features and benefits.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Ask supervisor when in doubt to ensure correct guidance.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand selling points and challenges of items and suggest ideas to improve for customers’ buying.
• Respect the working environment and colleagues; be polite and a team player.
• Avoid gossip and small talks that may hurt others.
