Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is hiring a store associate to welcome customers, assist with product selection and maintain a clean, organized shop floor. You will greet shoppers with a smile, offer baskets, and provide friendly, helpful service.

The role requires a diploma or degree, good English, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. You will learn through our training plan, become a product specialist, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• Good in English (communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Customer oriented, team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers and greet shoppers.
• Check stock and perform cleaning at merchandise fixtures; replenish as needed.
• Assist customers by advising on products and wearing them; act as product specialist.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Be respectful to colleagues and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
