Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking a customer-oriented Retail Associate to prepare the store for shoppers, greet customers, and assist with product selection. You will learn about our products, maintain shelves, and work as part of a friendly team to deliver excellent service.

The role requires strong English communication, a diploma or bachelor degree, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Integrity and a proactive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree and above.
• Good in English (communication, reading and writing).
• Willing to work on shift, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform simple cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket.
• Assist customers with product information and guidance on wearing items.
• Be our product specialist and share knowledge with customers.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Check with supervisor when in doubt and take ownership of products under your care.
• Understand item selling points and suggest ideas to help customers buy.
• Respect the working environment and colleagues; be a team player.
