Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to welcome shoppers, maintain product displays, restock stock, and assist customers in finding items. You will greet customers and offer baskets while upholding store standards and following the training plan.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, good English, and willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. You should be customer oriented, a team player with integrity and initiative in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Good English communication (reading/writing).
• Flexible to work on shift including weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed and enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Clean at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Assist customers with products and advise on wearing them.
• Be our product specialist and follow training plans.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand selling points and propose ideas to improve customer buying.
• Respect colleagues and maintain a positive work environment.
