Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking a friendly store associate to welcome customers, prepare the floor for shopping, and assist with product selection and sizing. You will maintain shelves and act as a product specialist who can explain features and benefits.

This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, good English, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. You will collaborate with colleagues, uphold store standards, and learn about our apparel range.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Good in English (communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Clean fixtures and check stock, replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and advise on wear.
• Be our product specialist.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Check and ask superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand items' selling points, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues.
