Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd is looking for an Purchasing Executive to support buying activities, supplier coordination and admin tasks in the Kuala Lumpur area. The role will involve issuing purchase requisitions, coordinating contracts and payment processes, and ensuring accurate stock and asset handovers.

You will also assist with office maintenance and vehicle-related administration. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in administration, a related degree, and strong communication skills to

• Minimum 3 years experience in administrative field.
• Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related course preferred.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal with suppliers for quotation, order and contract.
• Prepare Purchase Requisition for payments to suppliers or service providers.
• Manage asset handover/takeover to staff (car, keys, devices).
• Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance and vehicle management (road tax, insurance, maintenance).
• Handle permits/registrations for transportation and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Receive, quality-check and return of new arrival stock.

Deal with suppliers for quotation, order and contract

Handle and oversee all hostel management

Prepare Purchase Requisition for payments to suppliers or service providers

Manage company asset handover and takeover to and from staff such as car, motorcycle, access card, handphone and keys

Manage and monitor office cleanliness and maintenance

Manage, monitor and maintain company vehicles including road tax renewal, insurance, maintenance services, summon, car wash and touch n go card

Handle motor vehicle insurance claiming

Manage and handle permit renewals for lorries and other matters related to transportation and vehicle

Communicate with JPJ, APAD, and other requirement needs for lorries and vehicles management

Handle receiving, quality check and return of new arrival stock

About you

Minimum 3 years experience in administrative field

Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial or other related course (preferred)

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

Company location accessible and near with public transport
