Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Licensing & Business Development Executive to manage licenses, tenders, proposals, quotations, orders and contracts for private and government entities.

You will coordinate registrations (KDN, ESIMS, PIKM, PBT), handle tenders via e-perolehan, manage vendor relationships, and support marketing and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Administration, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in tender management, client relations, and government liaison preferred.
• Experience in handling e-perolehan is a plus.
• Exposure to ISO-compliant documentation and structured business processes is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle registration, renewal, and update of company licenses such as KDN, ESIMS, PIKM, PBT.
• Manage tenders, service proposals, quotations, orders, and contracts for private and government tender such as KPM tender through the e-perolehan system.
• Receive/attend complaints/requests from clients.
• Register KDN vetting for all new joiner staff upon HR notification.
• Monitor, prepare, and renew tenancy for office branch, service proposals, quotations, orders, and service contracts.
• Plan, arrange, manage & conduct processes involving CSG Training / TNG Training.
• Handle customer service, conduct research and telemarketing to reach potential clients.
• Manage vendor registration with government bodies and potential clients.
• Coordinate insurance claims and manage yearly policy renewals with agents.
• Oversee and develop marketing campaigns to promote the company and its service.

Licensing & Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive responsible for managing company licenses, tenders, service proposals, quotations, orders, and contracts for private and government entities. The role involves client relations, vendor management, insurance coordination, marketing campaigns, and social media management.

Key responsibilities

Handle registration and renewal and update of company licenses such as KDN, ESIMS, PIKM, PBT, and anything related

Manage company tenders / service proposal / quotation / order / contract for private and government tender such as KPM tender through the e-perolehan system and other related platforms

Receive / attend complains / request from Client

Register KDN vetting for all new joiner staffs upon receiving email from HR

Monitor, prepare, and renew tenancy for office branch, service proposals, quotations, order confirmations and service contract

Plan, arrange, manage & conduct any and all processes involving CSG Training, /TNG Training

Handle customer service, conduct research and telemarketing to reach potential clients

Manage vendor registration with government bodies and potential clients

Coordinate insurance claims and manage yearly insurance policy renewals with agents

Oversee and develop marketing campaigns to promote the company and its service

About you

Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration, Marketing, or Business Development roles

Experience in tender management, client relations, and government liaison preferred

Experience in handling e-perolehan is a plus

Exposure to ISO-compliant documentation and structured business processes is an advantage

Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpont PPT and digital communication tools
