Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage the payroll shared services and ensure accuracy and compliance for monthly payroll. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, statutory deductions, and benefits administration in a busy HR division.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in HR, a relevant degree, and familiarity with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax processes. This role offers career progression and exposure to a growing security services group in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
• Experience handling payroll for 500+ staff is a plus.
• Experience handling foreign worker recruitment is a plus.
• HR Generalist candidates are welcome.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll
• Manage certain time-bound processes and ensure data validation for accuracy
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Oversee Employee Benefits and reimbursements per tax rules
• Verify and reconcile monthly payroll
• Prepare payroll-related documents for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax and EA forms
• Coordinate with HR on employee movements (new hires, resignations, etc.)

PAYROLL EXECUTIVE (HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION)

Responsible for managing and administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities. Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll
• Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful
• Ensure timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Ensure Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
• Verification and Reconciliation of monthly payroll
• Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
• Prepare all necessary documentation in respect of Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax deductions, resigned employees, Annual EA form and Income tax filing
• Liaise with HR on the employee movement (new hire, resignation, unpaid leave, staff repayment, overtime, bonus/AWS payout etc)

About you

• Minimum 3 year experiences in Human Resource field
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
• Experience in handling payroll over 500 staff job scope is a plus
• Experience in handling foreign worker job scope is a plus
• Experience in handling recruitment job scope is a plus
• HR Generalist are welcome to apply
