Titan Force Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Marketing and Business Development professional to develop and present strategic service proposals, build key stakeholder relationships, and analyze market trends for growth opportunities. You will drive digital campaigns, manage communications, and support sales operations to meet targets.

Formación

• Proven experience in Marketing, Business Development & Public Relations or a similar role
• Degree or MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Business/Public Relations
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaigns
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, PR or related field
• Potential to earn up to RM15,000 per month and more
• Yearly increment based on performance (KPI)

Responsabilidades

• Develop, oversee, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote the company's services, enhancing visibility and market presence
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales and marketing operations
• Conduct weekly review of sales performance and take corrective action to ensure targets are met

You will also develop, oversee, and optimize marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and market presence, provide administrative support to sales and marketing operations, and conduct weekly reviews of sales performance to ensure targets are met.

About you

Proven experience in a Marketing, Business Development & Public Relations, or a similar role

Degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master's in Mass Communication, Business Development, Marketing, or Public Relations or equivalent

Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaigns

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, public relations or related field

Potential to earn up to RM15,000 per month and more
