Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Management Executive (Female) to handle daily administrative operations for the operations department in Malaysia. You will prepare documentation for guards, update attendance, and manage rosters, while coordinating with HR on monthly operation reports.

The role requires a Diploma/ Bachelor's in Management, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and at least 1 year of experience. Fresh grads with internships are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare any documentation for guard regarding operation matters and operational requirements
• Update Operation Staff and Guard attendance by daily/weekly
• Prepare working duty roster schedule for Operation Staff
• Prepare and submit monthly operation documentation such as deduction listing, penalty listing, attendance and others to HR Department
• Assist HR Department to assign suitable Patrolling Officer/Officer in Charge for Fomema arrangement, bring new guard to open account bank and others
• Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters
• Perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time
