Job summary

Maxis is offering a Transactional Sourcing Intern role to support supplier data management, compliance monitoring, and sourcing operations. You will help ensure record accuracy, streamline onboarding, and support procurement processes in a dynamic environment.

The internship provides exposure to supplier governance, data governance, and audit readiness, with up to 6 months duration and opportunities to contribute to a data quality improvement project.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates high attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Proficient in MS Office suite and data management basics.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with suppliers on pending document submissions to ensure timely completion.
• Perform supplier document database cleanup to maintain data integrity.
• Download, organize, and maintain supplier documents from portals for compliance.
• Maintain progress tracking reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Update and manage supplier information to reflect最新 company details and certifications.
• Conduct supplier reassessments to meet onboarding, compliance, and governance standards.
