Job summary

Maxis is seeking a proactive Business Analyst Intern to support the Consumer Go-To-Market team. You will assist in requirements gathering, process mapping, data collection, and documentation in a dynamic corporate setting.

The role offers exposure to real-world business operations, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with product and project delivery within Malaysia's leading converged solutions company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, IT, economics, engineering).
• Strong interest in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or digital transformation.
• Academic or internship experience related to business analysis is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, support workshops and meetings.
• Map current-state processes, develop flowcharts, identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data to support decisions and create reports or dashboards.
• Coordinate UAT, prepare test scenarios and track defects until resolution.
• Conduct research and analysis to support projects and benchmark best practices.
