Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Procurement Intern to support daily purchasing activities, cost data maintenance, and supplier coordination in Malaysia.

You’ll assist with quotation reviews, negotiate where possible, and help schedule deliveries while ensuring proper filing of PRs, POs, and related documents. Strong Excel and English skills are required, with ongoing learning encouraged.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM, Business Admin or related field.
• Interest in procurement concepts is a plus.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle quotations and review procurement requests.
• Assist with supplier quotations and negotiations.
• Expedite deliveries and update delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain filing system for PRs, POs and delivery documents.
• Maintain procurement data including cost prices and supplier contacts.
