M & N Furniture Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation in a dynamic environment.

You will support policy development, employee relations, and payroll coordination, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. The role requires 1–3 years of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple departments from our Semenyih, Selangor location.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years HR/HR admin; fresh graduates with willingness to learn welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Familiar with recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation and payroll coordination.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment process including postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Handle employee documentation, contracts, letters and records.
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and procedures.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll with Accounts.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters.
