Job summary

Top Trading And Supply Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR documentation across multiple retail outlets. The role requires handling confidential information and ensuring statutory compliance in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HRM or Business Admin, with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, and strong communication and organisational skills to support workforce planning and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions.
• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential information and work independently.
• Experience managing employees across multiple retail outlets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews, hiring.
• Prepare employment contracts, offers, confirmations, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, and absenteeism.
• Assist in monthly payroll: salaries, allowances, deductions, incentives.
• Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB.
• Monitor probation, confirmations, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Handle employee relations: grievances, complaints, conflicts.
• Assist in disciplinary cases and issue warnings with documentation.
• Implement and update HR policies and handbooks.
• Monitor compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate staff training, development, and new employee orientation.
• Assist in performance appraisals and KPI evaluations.
• Prepare HR reports: headcount, turnover, recruitment, attendance, performance.
• Coordinate transfers, outlet placements, promotions, and manpower.
• Manage benefits, incentives, and claims.
• Assist in workforce planning for retail outlets and HQ.
• Liaise with government departments on employment matters.
