NAI COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR & Admin Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records in a manufacturing setting. You will handle documentation, attendance, and lifecycle activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
You will also coordinate training, engage employees, liaise with vendors, and support welfare programs and internal communications. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper administration of HR documentation.
Support employee lifecycle activities, including confirmation, transfers, resignations, and exit processes.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, work schedules, and related HR administrative matters.
Coordinate employee training, orientation programs, and development initiatives.
Assist in employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal communications.
Manage foreign worker administration, accommodation arrangements, and employee welfare matters.
Coordinate general office administration, facilities management, and office supplies.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and relevant authorities when required.
Support workplace safety, compliance, and company policy implementation.
Prepare periodic reports and maintain accurate records.
Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned by superior.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Familiar with recruitment processes, HR administration, and employee relations.
Knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin writing & reading will be an advantage.
