We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, recruitment, administrative coordination and driving employee engagement initiatives. Support end-to-end HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
Maintainaccurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
Assist with administrative tasks including contract preparation, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles in Malaysia, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Conduct qualification verifications and assess cultural fit.
Oversee internship programs, liaising with schools/universities and acting as the main point of contact for interns.
Consolidate and communicate monthly payroll changes to the external payroll vendor.
Review payroll reports and prepare necessary documentation for management approval.
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
Administer all Work Pass processes, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Assist in registering employees for internal and external training programs.
Maintain accurate and updated training records.
Support the coordination of performance review cycles, assisting managers and employees through the process.
Organize and coordinate staff engagement initiatives, including charity, CSR, and ESG-related activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Handle ad‑hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or the HQ HR team.
