ResMed Inc. is seeking a People Experience Associate to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, data management, payroll inputs and LMS administration.

Join a Global People Shared Services team to drive process improvement, automation and simple workflows using Power Automate while collaborating with Workday and automation colleagues on broader projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or a shared services role.
• Experience with Workday or another HR system.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to confidentiality and data handling.
• Interest in process improvement and automation.
• Proficiency with Power Automate or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day People Operations support across onboarding, offboarding and employee data management.
• Handle payroll inputs, case management and LMS administration.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives using low-code tools.
• Collaborate with Workday, automation, and HR systems teams on improvements.
• Maintain data accuracy, reporting, audits and compliance.
• Assist with learning management tasks and training support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes.
• Create simple workflows and approvals using Power Automate.
