Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an Associate to join the Workforce team as a Business Process & Automation Specialist within Managed Services. You will help automate HR processes, improve workflows, data quality, and controls across accounting, finance and payroll functions.

You will design prototypes, work with technology teams and stakeholders, and turn improvement opportunities into practical automation using low-code tools, dashboards and AI-enabled solutions—and you will own delivery from concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, information systems, computer science, software engineering, data analytics or related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in improving processes using technology or data to solve business problems.
• Experience or interest in payroll/HCM processes and related controls is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand how processes work in practice, including data flows, controls, and exceptions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, reduce manual work and strengthen controls.
• Develop working prototypes and test solutions with users, Technology teams, and stakeholders.
• Measure results and support adoption of automated solutions across payroll and related processes.
