Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentations.
• Support employment contract management and verification processes.
• Help maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data integrity.
• Assist the People Shared Services team to support urgent requests.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate data entry.
• Assist in preparing reports and compiling HR analytics for decision-making.
• Help update and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal reference materials.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the shared services team.
• Participate in HR transition support for Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Compensation.
• Assist with internal and external HR audits.
