PwC Malaysia is hiring an Experienced Associate for HRMS Business Process & Automation Specialist. You will improve workflows, data flows, controls and systems supporting accounting, finance and payroll operations. The role focuses on automating HR processes with low-code tools, dashboards and AI-enabled solutions.

You will work with multiple stakeholders to test, refine and implement practical improvements, measure outcomes, and train users while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in accounting, finance, payroll, HR operations, or similar.
• Strong learning agility to quickly understand unfamiliar processes and tools.
• Persistence and ownership when dealing with ambiguity and limitations.
• Strong analytical judgement considering dependencies, risks and consequences.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management; explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Commitment to accuracy, data integrity, confidentiality, and controls.
• Ability to work independently and know when to seek input or approval.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, information systems or related field.
• Experience or interest in improving processes using technology and data.

• Evaluate improvement opportunities by value, feasibility, effort, user impact and risk.
• Analyze root causes and design future-state processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Translate business needs into clear solution concepts and requirements.
• Develop working prototypes using approved tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with users, Technology teams, vendors and partners to test and implement solutions.
• Support user guidance, training and adoption.
• Measure results like processing time, errors and user experience.
• Share lessons learned to enable reuse of automation components.
