Job summary

Weng Meng Industries is seeking a Payroll Officer to verify and coordinate monthly payroll and prepare payroll analyses and statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and CP39. You will oversee attendance, liaise with labour and tax authorities, and maintain accurate personnel records.

The role involves preparing Labour Costing and KPI reports, ensuring proper deductions, and assisting department heads with HR administration and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Verify and coordinate monthly payroll preparation.
• Prepare payroll analysis report and statutory reports (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, CP39).
• Prepare monthly Labour Costing Report and KPI reports.
• Verify employee EPF/SOCSO contributions and income tax deductions.
• Liaise with Labour Department, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and IRD as needed.
• Oversee attendance and disciplinary actions; handle leave and attendance records.
• Maintain employee personnel files and update records regularly.
• Assist in HR administration tasks and policy enforcement.
