BEACON ACM SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Executive, Payroll & HR Operations to handle monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, and deductions while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
You will also prepare statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB), tax forms, and maintain HR records; coordinate with Finance and support payroll audits. The role requires 4–6 years of payroll/HR experience in Malaysia.
Process monthly payroll accurately and within the required timeline.
Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments.
Review payroll reports and reconcile payroll information before submission for approval.
Prepare salary payment files and coordinate with Finance on payroll funding and payment.
Process final salaries, leave encashment and other payments for resigned employees.
Maintain payroll records and ensure employee salary information is kept confidential.

Prepare annual tax documents and statutory reports, including EA Forms and Form E.
Support tax-related employee matters, including CP21, CP22 and CP22A, where applicable.
Monitor changes to payroll-related legislation and statutory requirements.
Assist with payroll audits and provide the necessary supporting documents.
Process employee movements, including confirmations, salary adjustments, transfers, promotions, redesignations and resignations.
Update employee information accurately in the HR and payroll systems.
Maintain complete and up-to-date personnel files, leave records and employee documentation.
Administer employee attendance, leave, medical benefits, insurance and other employee benefits.
Handle employees’ payroll and HR administration enquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure HR operational processes are carried out according to company policies and established procedures.
Prepare monthly payroll summaries, headcount reports, manpower-cost reports and other HR reports.
Monitor payroll deadlines and maintain proper supporting documents and approval records.
Identify payroll discrepancies and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Support the improvement and automation of payroll and HR operational processes.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
Hands-on experience managing the full payroll cycle, preferably for multiple companies or a large workforce.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, payroll practices and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp.
Familiar with annual tax reporting and employee tax matters, including EA Form, Form E, CP21, CP22 and CP22A.
Experience using HRIS or payroll systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills with close attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle employee enquiries professionally.
