Qualifications

• Experience in payroll operations and handling confidential data.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and compliance processes.
• Ability to prepare payroll reports and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions and compliance deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and HR databases with up-to-date information.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for audits and management review.
• Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB payments.
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees with confidentiality.
