Job summary

Filter Man Supply Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR & Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations, maintain records, handle statutory requirements, and support HR administration. The role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing and handles employee inquiries.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in HR/payroll, proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin, and knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRD Corp. Experience with Info-Tech Payroll is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR and payroll experience.
• Chinese/Mandarin communication ability.
• Info-Tech Payroll System experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp).
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with attendance/timekeeping systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll process using Info-Tech Payroll System.
• Verify payroll calculations, attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
• Submit timely statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRD Corp).
• Perform payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee records (personal, payroll, statutory).
• Process employee movements (joiners, resignations, transfers, promotions, salary changes).
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and leave records.
• Ensure HR/payroll processes comply with laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll/HR inquiries from employees.
• Administer employee benefits (medical and other benefits).
