Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance across assigned outlets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and gift item production.
• Ensure compliance with stock, cash and credit card handling procedures; investigate discrepancies.
• Foster accountability and ensure adherence to company rules and standards.
• Support planning and execution of marketing and promotions to drive outlet visibility.
• Perform administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
